Prof. Dirks holds a Ph. D. in Clinical Psychology from Yale and has been training clinical psychologists for 15+ years as a professor at McGill University. Her research focuses on mapping the social and emotional skills in human relationships. She co-founded QARL to build a positive future of human-AI interactivity.

Dr. Kruszewski is a 3X exited entrepreneur who has been building deep tech companies for over 25 years. His passion for building world class teams and a strong conviction that digital humans are an inevitability led him to start QARL with Dr. Dirks.

Dr. Wang holds a Ph.D. in Computational and Applied Mathematics from Stanford University and has over a decade of experience working on both research and practical applications at the cutting edge of machine learning and algorithmic development. His role at QARL is to lead R&D and engineering.

Danielle holds a B. Sc in Cognitive Science from the University of Toronto, where she studied the intersection of human and machine intelligence. She has spent her career in early-stage startups with experience in operations, product strategy and non-dilutive funding. Her role at QARL is to build a strong, resilient and scalable organization.
